- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix flour and baking soda in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually add flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough, flatten, add Nutella in center, and seal edges.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.
