Method
- Combine crushed wafers, nuts, sugar, and cocoa in a bowl.
- Mix rum and corn syrup in a separate container.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Coat each ball in cocoa powder.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
