tuna noodle casserole

  • Large pot
  • Colander
  • Mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans 5 oz each tuna, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix tuna, soup, peas, cheese, milk, and onion.
  • Add cooked noodles to the mixture and stir gently.
  • Pour into greased baking dish.
  • Top with crushed potato chips.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
