- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In skillet, melt butter, stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Cook until thick.
- Stir in chicken and vegetables.
- Pour mixture into pie crust, top with second crust, seal edges.
- Cut slits in top and bake 30–35 mins until golden brown

Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.
Freezes beautifully — bake from frozen with extra time.
