teriyaki chicken lettuce wraps

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs diced
  • 8 large butter lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
