Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Beef Mixture: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add Flavor: Stir in diced onion, garlic, and taco seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes, then add diced tomatoes, salsa, black beans, and corn. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Assemble the Lasagna:
Spread a small amount of beef mixture on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Place 2 tortillas on top.
Add ⅓ of the beef mixture and ⅓ of the cheese.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Garnish & Serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Top with sour cream and fresh cilantro.
