stuffed pepper casserole

Large skillet
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Measuring cups and spoons

Method
Preheat oven to 375°F
Brown ground beef in skillet
Add chopped bell peppers and onions
Stir in cooked rice and tomato sauce
Transfer mixture to casserole dish
Top with cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes
