- Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin with cupcake liners
- Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly
- Gradually add dry ingredients and milk
- Fold in chopped strawberries
- Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full
- Bake for 18-20 minutes
- Cool completely before frosting
