strawberries and cream cupcakes

- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened

- ½ cup fresh strawberries finely chopped
- Buttercream Frosting Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin with cupcake liners
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly
Gradually add dry ingredients and milk
Fold in chopped strawberries
Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full
Bake for 18-20 minutes
Cool completely before frosting
