- Remove steaks from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking
- Season steaks generously with salt and pepper
- Preheat skillet to high heat
- Sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare
- Rest steaks for 5-7 minutes
- Prepare seafood sauce in same skillet
- Sauté shrimp until pink and tender
- Plate steaks and top with shrimp and seafood sauce
