Method

  2. Cut four large aluminum foil sheets (12x18 inches)
  3. Dice potatoes into uniform 1-inch cubes

  5. Divide ingredients evenly among foil sheets
  6. Seal foil packets tightly, creating a secure envelope
  7. Cooking time for foil packets:

  10. Check internal steak temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare
