Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups sliced yellow squash
  • 1 diced onion

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook squash and onion in skillet until tender. Drain well.
