Simmer the sauce for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Toss the spaghetti with the sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
