Southwest chicken wrap recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup mixed salad greens
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with chili powder and cumin
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat
  3. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked
  4. Let chicken rest, then slice thinly
  5. Warm tortillas for 30 seconds
  6. Layer greens, chicken, and yogurt on tortilla
  7. Roll tightly and slice diagonally
