- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown
- Remove chicken and set aside
- Add garlic to pan, sauté for 30 seconds
- Pour in chicken broth and cream
- Return chicken to pan
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes until sauce thickens
