Sear the Steak (Optional for Extra Flavor):
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak bites and quickly sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
Transfer to the slow cooker.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and all seasonings.
Slow Cook:
Pour the sauce over the steak bites in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours until tender.
Finish & Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
