 Shepherd's Pie Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground lamb or beef
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Brown meat in the pot over medium-high heat
