Sausage Green Bean Potato Casserole

This hearty one-pan dish combines savory sausage, crisp green beans, and tender potatoes in a buttery, seasoned bake.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 12 oz green beans trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter optional

Equipment

  • Large baking dish
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Foil (optional for covering)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sausage, potatoes, and green beans with oil and seasonings.
  3. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake 10–15 more until golden and tender.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter before serving (optional).

Notes

Great for leftovers!
Add red pepper flakes for a kick.
