roasted parmesan green

Making an easy side dish like roasted green beans is easy. The perfect parmesan green beans add flavor to any meal with little effort.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

  • Large baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or silicone mat
  • Sharp kitchen knife
  • Measuring spoons
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry green beans
  3. Toss beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
  4. Spread beans in single layer on baking sheet
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring once
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese during last 5 minutes
  7. Remove from oven when beans are crispy and golden
