- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Wash and thoroughly dry green beans
- Toss beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Spread beans in single layer on baking sheet
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring once
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese during last 5 minutes
- Remove from oven when beans are crispy and golden
