Ingredients
  

  • For the graham cracker crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • For the cheesecake filling:
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 oz red food coloring

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Blend in sour cream, cocoa powder, vanilla, and food coloring.
  6. Pour mixture over crust and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
