  • 120 g broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add sliced onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Cook the Vegetables: Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. Combine Everything: Add the cooked noodles and the prepared sauce to the skillet. Toss well to coat everything evenly. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
