- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup ice water

- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
