Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Soak cashews in water overnight for creamy texture
  • Blend cashews with coconut cream until smooth
  • Dice fresh mangoes into small cubes
  • Layer parfait glasses with cashew cream and mango chunks
  • Sprinkle toasted almond slivers between layers
  • Drizzle maple syrup on top
