Method
 

  1. Soak cashews in water overnight for creamy texture
  2. Blend cashews with coconut cream until smooth
  3. Dice fresh mangoes into small cubes
  4. Layer parfait glasses with cashew cream and mango chunks
  5. Sprinkle toasted almond slivers between layers
  6. Drizzle maple syrup on top
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving
