- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease loaf pan or line with parchment paper
- Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl
- Combine dry ingredients separately
- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture
- Pour batter into prepared pan
- Bake for 55-60 minutes
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes
- Transfer to cooling rack
