Parmesan crusted potatoes

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes
  3. Toss potato cubes with olive oil and seasonings
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over potatoes
  5. Spread on baking sheet in single layer
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp
