Pan Seared Creamy Tuscan Salmon

This recipe is easy to make and full of flavor. It's perfect for those who want a healthy meal but don't have a lot of time. You can make it in just 30 minutes and it will impress everyone.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Garlic bread crumbs for topping

Equipment

  • Large non-stick skillet
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Sharp chef's knife
  • Cutting board
  • Wooden spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper
  3. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Sear salmon for 4-5 minutes per side
  5. Remove salmon and set aside
  6. In same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant
  7. Add cream, broth, and sun-dried tomatoes
  8. Simmer sauce for 3-4 minutes
  9. Return salmon to skillet
  10. Add spinach and cook until wilted
  11. Sprinkle with garlic bread crumbs before serving
