  • 1 pound pasta penne or rigatoni
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
