Ingredients
  

  • 2 grilled chicken breast sliced
  • cups long-grain rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Fresh herbs oregano, parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant

  6. Cover and cook for 18-20 minutes
