- In a large bowl, mix canned salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 8 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
