- Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, butter, and milk in the saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until mixture boils.
- Cook to 234°F (soft-ball stage), stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature.
- Cut into squares when set.
