Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Whipped cream for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Crack eggs into the blender.
  • Add lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  • Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
  • Sprinkle lemon zest on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
