Moroccan Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts diced
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • In the casserole dish, combine chicken, onion, garlic, and spices
  • Add tomatoes and broth, stirring to mix well
  • Cover and bake for 45 minutes
  • Remove from oven, stir in cilantro
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Moroccan chicken casserole
