Moroccan Chicken Casserole

Measuring cups and spoons
- 4 skinless chicken breasts diced
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In the casserole dish, combine chicken, onion, garlic, and spices
Add tomatoes and broth, stirring to mix well
Cover and bake for 45 minutes
Remove from oven, stir in cilantro
Serve hot and enjoy your Moroccan chicken casserole
