Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the cake pan.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add pineapple, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
