mini spaghetti squash lasagnas

  • 2 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare spaghetti squash by cutting in half lengthwise

  5. Layer ricotta mixture and marinara sauce inside squash halves
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese
