- Preheat oven to 325°F and line muffin tin with cupcake liners
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter
- Press crumb mixture into bottom of each liner
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix until fully combined
- Pour cheesecake mixture over crust
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until centers are set
- Cool completely, then top with cherry filling
