- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook chicken until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side)
- Remove chicken, set aside
- In same skillet, toast garlic bread crumbs until golden
- Add orzo and cook until lightly toasted
- Return chicken to pan, complete cooking
- Garnish with fresh herbs
