- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, and half the parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Form mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1-inch in diameter.
- Heat Dutch oven and brown meatballs on all sides.
- Add tomato basil sauce and orzo, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top before serving.
