Maggiano's lasagna

  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 pound lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brown meats in skillet, drain excess fat
  2. Mix ricotta, eggs, and Parmesan
  3. Layer noodles, meat sauce, cheese mixture
  4. Cover with mozzarella
  5. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes
  6. Let rest 15 minutes before serving
