- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
- While pasta cooks, prepare lemon garlic sauce
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes
- Add lemon zest and juice to the skillet
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water
- Toss pasta with sauce, adding pasta water if needed
- Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
