- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 raw egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Croutons for garnish
Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces
Prepare the dressing by whisking together lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, egg yolks, and minced garlic
