Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes diced
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
