Prepare the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Toss chicken pieces in the mixture until evenly coated.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Pour into the skillet over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
Coat the Chicken:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
