honey chicken biscuits

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Spices: paprika garlic powder, salt, black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 2 hours
  • Prepare seasoned flour mixture
  • Dredge chicken in seasoned flour
  • Heat oil to 350°F
  • Fry chicken until golden brown
  • Bake homemade or store-bought biscuits
  • Drizzle with hot honey
  • Serve immediately
