  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2-3 slices Swiss or Gouda cheese
  • 2 thick slices fresh pineapple
  • 2 slices ham optional
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional: Macadamia nuts for garnish

Method
