Hawaiian BBQ chicken wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large skillet or grill pan
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden
  5. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken, simmer for 2 minutes
  6. Warm tortillas in separate pan
  7. Fill tortillas with chicken, cabbage, pineapple
  8. Sprinkle green onions on top
  9. Roll tightly and serve immediately
