Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup gumdrops chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 8-inch square baking pan
  • Heavy-bottomed saucepan
  • Wooden spoon
  • Candy thermometer
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, and milk in the saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until it reaches 234°F on the candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
  5. Add marshmallow creme, gumdrops, and vanilla. Mix well.
  6. Pour into prepared pan. Let cool completely.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy your homemade gumdrop fudge!
