- Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, butter, and milk in the saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until dissolved.
- Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until it reaches 234°F on the candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme, gumdrops, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan. Let cool completely.
- Cut into squares and enjoy your homemade gumdrop fudge!
