ground beef casserole recipe

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups prepared pasta or rice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain excess fat
  3. Mix beef with remaining ingredients in large bowl
  4. Transfer mixture to greased baking dish
