- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in vodka and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil leaves.
