- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water
- In same pot, heat sesame oil
- Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds
- Add pasta back to pot
- Mix in soy sauce and rice vinegar
- Stir thoroughly to coat noodles
- Add reserved water if needed for sauce consistency
- Garnish with chopped green onions
