- Cut steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper
- Heat skillet over high heat with 2 tablespoons butter
- Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side
- Remove steak and set aside
- In same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan
- Simmer sauce for 2-3 minutes
- Return steak bites to skillet
- Coat with sauce and garnish with parsley
