garlic butter steak bites with parmesan cream sauce

Picture tender beef cubes cooking in rich garlic butter, seared to perfection. This dish brings top-notch cooking to your table. It shows that amazing meals are possible without needing to be a pro or spending a lot.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Equipment

  • Large cast-iron skillet
  • Sharp chef's knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Wooden spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Cut steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
  2. Season steak generously with salt and pepper
  3. Heat skillet over high heat with 2 tablespoons butter
  4. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side
  5. Remove steak and set aside
  6. In same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic
  7. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan
  8. Simmer sauce for 2-3 minutes
  9. Return steak bites to skillet
  10. Coat with sauce and garnish with parsley
