Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add steak cubes to the hot skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  4. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
  5. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Cook garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Return steak to the pan and toss with garlic butter sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes for medium-rare.
