- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add steak cubes to the hot skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return steak to the pan and toss with garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes for medium-rare.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
